UCL Business Launches 'SnakeGrid Transformer' for Bentley MicorStation and CAD packages
UCL Business is glad to announce launch of ‘SnakeGrid® Transformer’. This new product is a plug-in module for the Bentley MicroStation CAD package and allows the conversion of Bentley MicroStation design files "on the fly" between different SnakeGrids, London Survey Grid, British National Grid settings and local grids such as the Reading Grid.
The SnakeGrid Transformer application runs within MicroStation V8. This means that the MicroStation V8 application should already be installed and running on the machine that the SnakeGrid Transformer application is going to be run on.
The latest version of SnakeGrid Transformer developed in partnership with dhp11 Ltd., also handles ratser data and provides additional facility of batch processing.
SnakeGrid is an excellent example of technology transfer from UCL.
